Let’s talk about our emotional well-being – Episode 1 – Migrant generations and navigating belonging.

The ශ්‍රී LankaNZ newspaper is happy to bring to you a series of conversations about our emotional and mental well-being, especially looking at the lived experiences of migrants and the second generation. We will aim to have these conversations taking into consideration as many experiences as possible and bringing in many lenses to the discussion. These conversations will be facilitated in ways we hope will give communities an opportunity to reflect on their own lived experiences. We hope to bring you more episodes in this series over the next few months. https://www.mentalhealth.org.nz/get-h…Need to talk?
