New Look-Sri LankaNZ’

Sri LankaNZ paper is being  issued with a new look. The  changes were necessary in view of the designing and production issues. Our readers have different opinions. Two feedbacks were reproduced below with slight moderations to save space.

I am a regular reader and a writer of your newspaper…..

Last week, when I got the paper, I did not feel like I was reading a paper, instead it felt like reading a magazine. All my friends who read this paper agree with me also. If possible can you please provide that beautiful paper to us as it was before? I hope you and all the others will consider this opinion and consider giving us back our beautiful paper.

Sri lankaNZ paper  is now coming in a new look. The pages are pinned together like  in a magazine giving convenience to handle and read even while travelling in a bus or a plane.

The size looks smaller.The design is different and enhances the look. No idea how others may feel. For me it is a new look and a step forward.

ශ්‍රී ලංකන්ස් පුවත්පත

අලුත් මුද්‍රණ පෙනුම.

මම ශ්‍රී ලංකන්ස් ආරම්භයේ සිටම නිතරම කියවන්නට පුරුදුව සිටිමි. වරෙක මගේ පද්‍ය, ලිපි හා වෙනත් නිර්මාණද පළවේ.

පත්‍රයටම ආවේණික පෙනුමක්ද එයට තිබුණි. මෑතක සිට එහි මුද්‍රණයේ පෙනුම වෙනස් කෙරී ඇත. එය පුවත් පතකට වඩා සඟරාවක හැඩය ගෙන ඇත. වටේ වූ සුදු තීරුවෙන් වූ පෙනුම මම අගය කළෙමි. දැන් ඒ පෙනුම වෙනස් වී ඇත. මගේ කල්පනාව නම් මුලින් වූ කලාත්මක බව හා අනන්‍යතාවය දැන් නැතිවී ඇති බවය.
