Ingredients
- 3 eggs (55g each)
- 125g Dark Cooking Chocolate
- 10g Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 Cup Cream
- 3 tbsp caster sugar
- For decoration – more whipped cream and chocolate shavings, slice of strawberry
Instruction
1. Separate egg white and Yolks put them in separate containers. (white in large bowl, Yolks in small bowl) Whisk yolks until uniform
2. Break the cooking chocolate into pieces add butter and microwave 30 seconds, stirring in between until smooth (keep aside to cool slightly while you proceed with other steps)
3. Beat cream until stiff peaks form, not over whip
4. Beat the egg white, while adding sugar until firm peaks form.
Fold Together all Ingredients (do fold gently)
1. Fold egg yolks into cream using rubber spatula.
2. Add chocolate into yolk mix and fold near 8 times gently.
3. Add cream mixture and fold near 10 times gently.
4. Add white mixture and fold near 12 times gently.
Now you can put them into serving jar and set into refrigerate in about 6 hours. Finally garnish with whip cream on top with chocolate shavings and strawberry slice.
