Ingredients for six servings
- 1 whole big prawn for garnish
- 600g fresh cooked prawns already peeled
- About 3 cups iceberg lettuce finely sliced
- Lemon wedges
- Finely chopped parsley
- For Marie Rose Sauce-
- 200ml mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon brandy (optional)
Instructions
- Mix sauce together in a small bowl
- Toss prawns with sauce
- Place a bit of lettuce in serving dishes you can use any glasses
- Top with prawns. Serve, garnished with lemon wedges and sprinkle of parsley.
