Ingredients for six servings 

  • 1 whole big prawn for garnish 
  • 600g fresh cooked prawns already peeled 
  • About 3 cups iceberg lettuce finely sliced 
  • Lemon wedges
  • Finely chopped parsley 
  • For Marie Rose Sauce-
  • 200ml mayonnaise 
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brandy (optional) 

Instructions

  1. Mix sauce together in a small bowl
  2. Toss prawns with sauce
  3. Place a bit of lettuce in serving dishes you can use any glasses 
  4. Top with prawns. Serve, garnished with lemon wedges and sprinkle of parsley.
